I love this when my dentures have been in a little too long. Relieves all my gum pain so I don't have to remove them until I can.

I have been using this product for years, it has stayed tried and true all this time. I recommend this product for you tooth ache needs. Taste pretty bad, but works great, easy to use, and kills the pain. Great size for the money. Great pain relief

Amazing, amazing, amazing. If you’re looking for a toothache relief, this is as good as it gets. While awaiting my dental appointment, my tooth decided it had enough and the nagging pain was becoming more evident by the day. When I fist applied this medicine (using a q-tip is perfect for it, one end for outside and another end for the inside of the gum), I felt a bit of numbness and assumed it would work similarly to lidocaine. But a few moments later the numbness went away and pain didn’t kick in. It just felt normal—with no residue like an ointment creates, no taste, no awareness of the application whatsoever. I reapplied it only 7 hours later and the pain wasn’t fully back when I did so, just some sense of discomfort started coming back. I’ll never consider any other temporary dental relief again (and I’ve tried a few over the years) because it simply can’t be better than this. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who is in pain and looking for a temporary solution to their toothache.

It only works for for an hour or so. My son had tooth pain from wisdom teeth coming in and we used this. He said this only worked for him a short period of time and he gave me the information on how it worked for him.It is a bit expensive for the small size. Most over the counter tooth pain relief is, but this one was one the high end. I was trying all different types to see which one worked. This one worked Ok, but I would prefer one which worked for longer periods of time. If you need pain relief for a really short time it would work great for the job.
