Barkley: A Biography

Entertaining and interesting read
This is a very thorough biography about one of the NBA's most polarizing players. No stone is left unturned as Timothy Bella examines every detail of Charles's life from childhood to today. The author dives deep into each of Barkley's NBA seasons, and I enjoyed the nostalgia of reliving some of those playoff runs while also learning more about the behind the scenes drama I wasn't aware of as a child.Any fan of Barkley's will be a fan of this book.

Fascinating book about fascinating guy.7
I underestimated how talented and fascinating the life of Charles Barkley was and continues to be. He’s vastly more interesting than the silly pitchman that dominates tv commercials now.

420 Pages of Boring Stuff
This book contained mostly detailed descriptions of important games Mr Barkley played in. People say "shut up and dribble" but I was hoping for much more personal information and feelings and less dribble, dribble, dribble. This book should have been about 200 pages, not 420. Most all of it was boring and you could speed read easily and not miss anything.

Another side of Barkley
A most enjoyable read covering childhood to 'retirement'. Gave a new perception of Charles Barkley. Thank you Tim Bella
