Q: Are these pretty narrow? I have a wide foot .

I too have a wide foot and they are perfect. I wore them for work yesterday - 8 hours straight and they were extremely comfortable!

Q: Are they true to size? I have very narrow feet.

These are true to size in length. These might be considered a bit wide, though. They aren't narrow! My foot is average in width and if they didn't sink into the bed a bit I think my foot would slide around. My foot doesn't slide, though, as the bed forms a bit to your foot. I would stay away from this brand and style if your foot is narrow. I have other styles of this brand and they are all on the wider side on medium width.

Q: Do the straps soften or stretch the more they are worn?

They were never tight on my foot to begin with so hard to say. The fact that there were not tight is one reason they are so comfortable plus the cushion sole make them nice too. I really do like them and my sister in law also ordered a pair which she loves.
