The board arrived with a large bend in the middle, so I asked to return it. Customer services got in touch to ask if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I was happy with the size of the board, therefore a replacement would be ideal. The company then arranged for the damaged board to be picked up and a replacement deliver at the same time. The replacement board is perfect. Absolutely excellent customer services and if I could give ten stars, I would.

I see it went up by 10£ since I bought it and I know why! Works well, easy to mount, easy to clean, pen, magnet, sticky tape... all works!! I have got it for 25£ and it was a great deal for that price. Now it goes for 35£ but still... good item.

Good product. However didn't come with board wiper as stated in picture "Free"

I purchased this in order to put colourful postcards and little images/notes up in my room in a changeable collage style. A magnetic board allows me to put these up without destroying them with pin holes, to easily substitute/move them, and choose from wide selection of magnet designs (+ keep several things up using just one large/strong magnet). In this respect, it was definitely worth getting this particularly large and heavy size (once on the wall, it does not seem so big). I had it shipped to mainland Europe, and it survived the post without much damage (a tiny shallow dimple in the far corner). NOTE: Drilling it into the wall correctly is not easy and you'll almost definitely need a helping hand.

+Quality ok

first the good... its a really useful board that takes markers great, whites fantastic and holds magnets brilliantly. hopefully that's all you'll end up with... unfortunately i had some 'extras' included - and not included 1. a dent that runs from top to middle on one side. 2. multiple (3 notable) dents in the frame 3. for some reason the screws don't have corner caps to cover them (just aesthetically odd) and as a 3b, it's not actually got true right angles so it looks a bit out. only a fraction but still... 4. you'll notice that on an image in the original description it suggests a free whiteboard eraser... yeah, that's not included so... each point is minus a star in my eyes (photos to give you an idea) HOWEVER... it does do what i wanted ... it's DEFINITELY NOT worth £30 in it's current state - £10 maybe... £15 at a push WHY NOT just say, it'll be damaged - only in small areas. this is the problem though, if you want something undamaged, be cautious... if you want a 'seconds' item, look elsewhere for a better price... unfortunately i didnt get the choice to consider a buying a damaged item at a discounted price. it gives no indication that it'll be all busted so one star purely for the fact it'll cost too much up front to send back. i needed it before the christmas postage got busy and i'm not in the habit of complaining. that said, i've had a think and reckon all you guys need to know what you 'might' be getting. (or not) message to seller - i'll be more than happy to discuss a discounted amount in the guise of a refund + the promised eraser to get these stars where they should be.

I was a bit concerned about some of the negative reviews when buying this product. It arrived the next day and was in perfect shape. No dents or scratches, it's a lightweight but perfectly functional whiteboard, probably half the price of those advertised on office supply sites. I use it to plot my books, and yellow post-it notes stick really well. Very happy with it. It's great value for money. Couldn't ask for more.

It arrived in perfect condition. No damage, no scratches. There was a plastic film over the white board. It needs to be removed before use. It is a great product but can be cheaper for students. Also if you leave the writing on for a while, it is not so easy to clean. I sometimes wipe clean the whole board with a damp cloth to get rid of the stains left behind. I am happy with my purchase though. I use it every single day!

Excelente calidad

The whiteboard surface had a significant wrinkle/bump in it. The back is fine so the product was damaged during manufacturing which points to poor quality control.

De tamañano y acabados bien pero la calidad de la pizarra blanca es tan mala que cuando escribes no borra ni con el alcohol y estoy usando rotuladores homologados y de gran calidad.

ha llegado sin las tapas para cubrir los huecos de las esquinas y tampoco la bandeja para los rotuladores y el borrador

El servicio amazón excelente, como siempre. He comprado el producto en dos ocasiones. El embalaje es pésimo y no protege los marcos de la pizarra del trato de las empresas de transporte. Ambas cajas llegaron abiertas El marco de dicha pizarra nos llegó arrañado y una de ellas incluso con un golpe en la parte trasera. Devolví ambas y sin problemas para el reintegro de mi dinero. Una pena ya que la pizarra tiene buena calidad.
