Review: Great buy! - For this price and youre just looking for a proper daily use knife, this is perfect. Great price, feels great, handles very comfortably and is pretty balanced overall looks well designed and comes decently sharp out of the box.
Review: Good purchase. - Great purchase, I checked reviews of knives and tried this knife hoping since it was an "desertcart Choice" that it would be a good one, and surprisingly it is excellent. It feels like a good weight, I have not put it in the dishwasher so I can not comment on that. One comment I read said to be careful with it because the man that bought it had accidentally cut himself. Even though I was trying to be careful I also cut myself. It is sharp and I hope it will stay that way.

A: Sorry but I don’t have a Rockwell hardness tester. The blade holds an edge and keeps it as good as my other knives

A: Per the item description, yes.  I don't know why Amazon would lie about this.  It's a great knife for the money.

**Q: Would anyone happen to know if the blade angle is 15 or 20 degrees?**
A: Sorry I can’t help on blade angle but I can tell you it’s a heck of a deal for the price.

This is a great everyday kitchen knife. It’s very sharp, cuts through meat and vegetables easily, and feels comfortable and well balanced in the hand. The size and weight are just right, and it feels sturdy without being too heavy. Very happy with the quality!
