Great replacement for cheap standard utility sink.
Excellent directions, quick & easy assembly, nice quality. Good value. Arrived in perfect condition, all parts nicely organized. Even a few spare parts.

Excellent utility vanity for small spaces and traditional style!
Awesome little utility sink. Great value and decent quality overall. Faucet is flimsy and junk. Tossed it. Drain too.. changed it as well. Added in a reverse osmosis tap for my Kinetico water filtration that feeds the ice maker next to it. Basically built a custom wall space in a small laundry room around this unit.

Nice sink and cabinet
Over all a nice little sink, we had a very small area and this fit perfect. Easy instruction to follow. Setup very quick. Only issue i have is that it does't sit next to the walls. I have it in a corner but it doesnt touch in the back or on the side.

Great for small laundry room
This was fairly easy to put together. The quality seems good for the price. It fits great in my small laundry room. Soft close doors. It should be mounted so it doesn’t tip. Instructions etc included but we haven’t figured out how to accomplish this yet since it can’t fit snug to a wall.

Material not solid wood
Ok. So I just received it and surprised to see it was not made with solid wood. But instead some type of plywood/particle board with a plastic coating. Think Ikea. After coming back to the Amazon page I see where I felt misled, but also find a correct description of melamine material. I expected solid wood and thought I was paying a premium for it because of the description in the "why choose simplihome" on the Amazon page."We keep things simple by designing timeless, “high-value essentials” built with exceptional quality—solid wood, high-grade fabrics, and hand craftsmanship. Furniture that makes you say “wow”!"For now, i will leave a 3 star review. If it indeed proves durable to water, I will raise. If not, I will come back. In addition, i would love to hear simplihome thought on this.
