Pen is not smooth
You get scratching sound and feel while writing. No one wants you to use it. I checked it a bit late to return. Moreover they do not have return policy for this item, it can only be replaced by another useless box

Did not receive the mentioned number of blue pens.
Recieved with a broken lid.Received only 16 blue pens when they clearly mentioned 20 blue pens.But nonetheless, the pens work great.

What can you expect from a pen? To write. It writers well, the ink flow is over good, I've been using this since high school, it's worth it don't put too much brain to it. And yes they send the pack as shown in the image
