First of all, I loved it at first sight. The stress balls looked perfect with all those motivating quotes and fragrance. However, with the time (3 months), the size of the ball shrunk almost to a size that it ceased to serve its purpose. The price is way too expensive as compared to a regular ball we get at the stores. I just opened one ball and rarely used it; but with the time, it has been shrinking although there wasn't much use. I would not recommend buying this product.

I bought these for my partner who has recently had a severe Brain Hemorrhage which had left him paralysed on his right side and unable to speak. He is currently in a Rehab Centre and this has had a massive effect on his mental health. I bought him these stress balls to destress when he's feeling anxious and down and also to incorporate these into his physio with his right hand. Since using them for a couple of weeks, he has said to me they have really helped calm him down and get him through his panic attacks - and the scents are amazing! His speech is getting better by the day and I can actually have a proper conversation with him now with no difficulty and I feel these stress balls play a big role in this as they are keeping him calm which is key in his recovery. He has also managed to squeeze the ball with his right hand which is amazing considering this only happened to him 6 weeks ago. The quotes on the balls are also a bonus as when he reads them it really puts everything into perspective and just how lucky he is to be with us today, knowing he is so loved. Thank you MindPanda, such a simple product really can save a life, as over the top as that sounds but it's true, it's the little things in life! Thank you x

Brilliant little balls, lovely scents and comfy to squish! They’re also great for rolling on my collapsed heel arches so super versatile. Love the 3 different stages of firmness so you can use which one is best for that moment. The gratitude and wellness quotes/questions are also lovely and do evoke though, even if you’re not intending on doing mindfulness at the time. Would definitely buy again! Great quality, suitable for my small hands, yet also suitable for my boyfriend’s large hands!
