I'm in physical therapy after breaking my leg and these were just what I needed. I was using the 2-pound weight that my therapist lent me and decided to up my game. I bought these because I wasn't sure I could do 3-1/2 pounds and if I couldn't, I could just take out a packet or two of those weight things that you put into those little pockets. I didn't have to do that, so I can't say if it's easy or hard to get them in and out. But the weights are easy to get on and off around my ankles. One thing I was concerned about was the length of the strap. I don't have enormous ankles, but I do wear ankle braces and I was worried that the strap wouldn't fit around them. They fit with room to spare.I like the performance and I like the color. I think they're helping me.

Excellent product that is easy to use. I love the removable weight bags that make it easy to adjust the total weight and use for a variety of exercises. The Velcro closure keeps the weights securely fastened.

I like the long Velcro straps. I had no problems cinching them tight for only 2 lbs. have only used them a few days but no issues so far.

I had a total knee replacement and purchased these weights for rehab. They are perfect because you can easily decrease or increase the weight as needed.

I like how comfortable these weight are. They are easy to get on and off. I like that you can take out or add the weights to make what you want. Also the metal bracket stainless steel so they won't rust. I have a 1lb pair that the metal is rusting on. Their information was spot on. What they say they are is true.

These are ankle or wrist weights, but I use them as wrist weights. I say they're flexible because each weight has pouches for (included) additional weights (about 1 lb each), so you can wear 1-5 pounds per side. (The description says 2-10, so I expect it refers to both sides total.) Some wrist weights include a thumb loop to keep them close to the wrist. Since these don't, they can slide down a little to a thicker part of your arm.
