Wow! Impressive!
This things is heavy duty and big! I can't wait to upload all of my pictures on here. Big and bright screen with great colors!Unfortunately I had to return the product because it had a weird line on the screen and the photos were not as clear and nicely colored as the menus screen.

Basic frame that does what a digital frame does
Not as easy to transfer pictures to internal drive as I would expect by description. Also, Wish I could transfer from phone directly. Remote is cheap and doesn't work well. But picture quality is good, and price wasn't bad. And since it is for an elderly person, it is fine that it isn't advanced technology.

Very poor display quality and very poorly designed.
It's hard for me to even describe how bad this digital picture frame is.1. The image quality is very poor - all the colors are dim and the picture just looks 'washed out'. I was able to adjust the brightness/contrast/chroma using standard test patterns to get a somewhat better picture, but I've hit the limits of the display capabilities. It's just a very low quality display with a bad image, and the viewing angle is also quite poor.2. It can not read many .jpg files. They either show as corrupted or it shows an error message of "file not supported" (the files themselves are just fine).3. It will not cycle through images on both the SD card and the USB drive. You have to select one or the other.<UPDATE> - it seems that this display will not cycle through multiple folders on the USB drive! I have hundreds of folders on my thumb drive, and I can only do a slide show of pictures from ONE FOLDER! This alone makes the entire device USELESS as a digital picture frame.</UPDATE>4. It will only access up to 32GB on removable memory. I have a 64GB flash drive and I can only use half of it.5. The stand just fits into a slot in the back but there are no clips to hold it in place. So every time you lean it forward or pick it up, the stand falls off. You have to hold the stand in place while you set it down. This is actually the second unit I got. The first one I received, I could tell immediately that it was a "returned" unit (it had a yellow sticker on it showing the date that had been returned). So I plugged it in and sure enough, there was a large 'bar' of dead pixels through the middle of the screen. I always hate returning a product - but it looks like I'll be returning this one twice.

I bought 3 Digital Picture Frames and compared their features
The media could not be loaded. I will be comparing the Spiro Goods, Nix, and Tenker Digital Picture Frames. The first thing I notice is that the Spiro Goods Digital Frame has a carbon fiber finish. Nix and Tenker are just generic plastic frame fronts. This makes a huge difference.Secondly, let’s talk resolution. Spiro’s resolution is 1080p, compared to the other two at 720p. This is a massive upgrade as well. The entire purpose of these Digital Frames is to display media in high quality, so Spiro’s Frame wins the most important feature.Thirdly, the memory in Nix is only 8gb, where as in Spiro is 16gb. This means you can store DOU-BLE the media files on Spiro’s Digital Frame. In terms of ease of set-up, they are both equally extremely easy. However, you can play media right away directly from Spiro’s remote (which has more features than the Nix remote also). My favorite frame from this comparison is the Spiro Digital Frame. And I didn’t even mention all the features it has here.

Good product with lots of caveats. READ THE REVIEW.
Two of the inputs PC(USB mini) and SD card didn't work reliably (PC never worked). USB stick did work, which is the only reason I didn't send it back. Don't know if internal memory worked because I couldn't copy files from PC. Picture a little washed out. "wall mountable", but 75x75 mount not included (and no screws) - just a little foot to make a table stand. Potentially a very nice unit, but this particular one didn't live up to its potential. On the other hand, if you do get it to display pictures, it will auto-play from power-up. It apparently has a feature which shuts it off after a while, and a motion detector to turn it back on. Not tested yet - will report later if they don't work as described.UPDATE: Picture is washed out only because the viewing angle (H and V) is small. When viewed directly from the front it gives good colors. From the sides, above, and below - not so much.UPDATE#2 Seller replaced product. On the new unit I was able to copy pictures from my PC to the frame's 16G memory. Instructions are horrible - once the PC recognizes the frame as a USB drive, just copy from PC to frame like a normal drive. Never got 16GB SD card to work on either frame (always says "no files" and doesn't recognize SD card). Also copies from USB stick to frame memory using the instructions in manual. Picture quality on new unit same as the old - very limited vertical view, a little wider horizontal view before colors get distorted. I have it wall mounted at eye level, so from directly in front the picture is great. The screen saver (auto blanking) and motion detector turn on works as advertised. As I use it I would give it four stars, but for people who don't read the reviews, three stars will reduce leading them astray. There is much good about this device, but also much half-baked.

This was a waste of money, it works for what it is but for this kind of money just go buy a tablet, the tech is so limited.
Product display is good, however, I expected it to have better tech/features and ease of use. I mainly bought this over others because it had internal memory but that feature doesn't work well at all so I wish I had bought a cheaper one with other features such as auto rotation etc. (this doesn't have that).I was disappointed I couldn't copy from my phone to device.I was very disappointed in how this device stores pictures as it seems it will only copy one thing one time and then if you try to add more later it forgets everything previously copied. Also, disappointed this doesn't have a battery and must be plugged into an outlet at all times.Pretty much just super disappointed for what this thing costs its pretty pathetic, should have just bought a laptop or tablet like SERIOUSLY!

Very happy with this but some drawbacks
My only complaints are that the pics must be in correct format and every time I try to add a picture to memory, the other pictures in the memory disappear. The screen quality is wonderful
