I used makeup pad to wipe excess off and the washed my face with cool water. Now, it absolutely does leave a burning tingling sensation behind, so I discovered that applying afterburner aloe gel (mine was refrigerated and feel so soothing) it calmed that sensation quite quickly and my cheeks were pink for only about 30 mins after that and it cleared. I was very satisfied with end result, it removed all my peach fuzz and left a very silky smooth feel afterwards. I used to buy a facial nair back in the early 2000's that worked so well on the upper lip. Wiped every bit of hair off in about 5 minutes without any type of pain or burns. I have been looking for it again, but could only find this one and another, which isn't the same as what I used to use. Thought I'd give this a try. There is a burning sensation, but it didn't even leave me red afterwards. And it's been a couple weeks since I used it, so no reaction after. It did a pretty good job at removing the hair on my upper lip, but I wish it was the same as the one I used to use.
