I love this phone. It arrived in great condition, and it was easy to set up. It takes amazing pictures, and while I'm still getting used to it, it's been great so far. The sound quality is solid, and it's faster and the battery lasts longer than my previous phone. Definitely a good choice.

Great phone that stood the test of time! I bought it, I want to say over a year ago, and it has been wonderful! It arrived in spectacular condition, the color was perfect, camera quality is amazing, battery life lasts all day, even when I'm on it a lot. Great sound quality for videos and calls. Fast and functional. Phone screen light dims or brightens depending on the environment light you're in. Overall great value for the money!

Once again I'm happy with my purchase @Samsung they have always been delivering on good quality and durability. Clean camera, plenty spaces, very fast videos and photo photo quality and excellent.

I unfortunately had the experience of buying an S23 Ultra on ebay and while trying to get the phone to work, I received and MCK code error. I called up Tmobile with the serial number and they confirmed the phone was either stolen or had a balance to pay off before I could use my Sim card in it for myself. Long story short, I returned that one and bought this one on Amazon. Took my Sim card out of my S22 and threw it in this S23 Ultra and it fired right up and was able to use. Pretty straight forward and the phone is phenomenal. Buy here from a trusted seller, you will not be disappointed !

I upgraded from a galaxy s10 to this s23 ultra. Still learning how it works. Hate the choices for the default sounds, so that is what I focused on 1st. Haven't found a use for the stylus pen. Not exactly sure what to do with it. The phone itself is a great size and works much faster than my old phone. My voicemail app was the only thing that did not tranfer over and I am having to go back to the old way of dialing into Verizon for my voicemail. That is a bummer, but the phone was everything as advertised.

The biggest issue with this phone for me, is I live in North America, and since this phone is "unlocked" it has a regional lock on it for me. This means that some apps, networks, and devices will not work with the phone correctly. For example. When you download apps on the phone, you end up getting the EU version of them. Some apps do not sync between regions, causing issues. Other issues include showing all financial information in Euros instead of dollars, and so forth. Some apps will automatically sync and fix the issue, however it is far and few in between. Overall this is a fantastic phone, however I do plan on switching to a provider to deviate from these issues and get a new phone from them directly. I enjoy using the phone and wish it didn't cause these issues.

Love this phone, currently using it for this review. Wonderful camera for capturing memories. This stylus is just a great touch for typing, or if even using it on mobile games. Been so happy with this phone and the purchase was so worth it. Having a dual sim system has really helped since I went traveling overseas. It was very easy to have an extra slot for the sim card. Have nothing but great things to say about this phone

I live in a rural area that does not have cell service. Further, it is literally impossible to get a landline from AT&T as they discontinued service to new customers several years ago. The only people who have POTS with AT&T are those who were grand fathered in. My point is that, without wifi calling, I have no means of communication with the outside world. I have gone to the neighbors to use their landline four times to call my service provider. Still no option for on the phone for wifi calling. 30 days have passed and I am out a lot of money, have a phone that is useless to me, and can only communicate with others by email or social media. I knew I shouldn't buy a phone off Amazon, but alas, I did it anyway. Lesson learned. P.S. A couple of reviews mentioned the seal was broken on the box upon arrival, mine was as well. Makes me wonder if this is a legit seller.
