Small sized woman installed them on her own, using a step ladder and an electric drill.Easy install if you watch the videos a couple of times. Recommend the use of a power tool to screw instead of a screwdriver - just like in the video. Curtains glide well as advertised.My shipping tube got broken at the end and the brackets weren't there - I contacted the seller outside of return window through Amazon messages and they immediately shipped replacement parts. That was much appreciated!!

Hey, I purchased this item a couple months ago and just getting around installing it but I’m missing all the small parts that was supposed to be included. How can I get them?

These were very easy to install and were neatly packaged with all parts. Probably not for very heavy drapery without anchors but overall excellent product.

Looks great and shipped in sealed package. However, missing the “B” attachment parts making it impossible to install. Can thr manuf provide the missing parts? Otherwise looking like a disappointing return.
