Used these LED lights to replace traditional halogen bulbs in our kitchen. The bulbs being replaced were a mixture of 20W, 35W and 50W. The LED bulbs are easily as bright as the 50W bulbs and cast a very refreshing cool light around the kitchen. They are definitely 'brighter' (cooler) than the bulbs they replaced. For a kitchen, that works well. You might want the warm white ones for a living room. They feel like they are well built and have a pleasingly solid metal body. I had to change my transformers to use these bulbs. The previous transformers (also called 'drivers' online) were rated to around 60W (they were designed for halogen bulbs). When I attempted to use the old transformers with these LED bulbs, they flickered horribly. This is not a fault of the bulb - the manufacturers are very clear that they may not be compatible with regular halogen transformers. I am now using transformers designed for LED bulbs made by LED Hive rated at 12W ( NEW! LED Driver Transformer 240V - 12V with Terminal Blocks, 0.5 to 12W / 240v AC to 12v DC-AC / ZERO Interference with Dab and Wifi ). They work perfectly. It's quite easy to change them over, though do remember to shut off the lighting mains circuit before you try it!! You may also want to buy new light fittings (the bit the bulb sits in) - I found that our old ones were a bit grubby and burnt/broken in some cases. I ordered these on expedited delivery. They were delivered on time but I didn't realise my electrician was on holiday over the Christmas period. He came today to change them from another make which was giving very poor lighting. What a difference! When my electrician unpacked them he said they were very good quality. The lights give a brilliant light, no shadows and flickering like the last lot! I have no hesitation in recommending these, in fact I am going to order more and change the ones I have in another room, which are giving poor shadowy light. let there be light! wonderful product and so far, the service as equalled the product.

Pretty good overall. They don't have quite such nice accurate colour (RI) as some more expensiv emodels, and they don't like dimmers designed for halogens. However they do work with my non-dimmable halogen transformers and they are flicker free. Considering the price these are pretty good. If you want better you have to pay quite a bit more.

These work perfectly with my existing transformers with no flickering or noise. They're very bright, and I'm glad I chose 'warm white' as even so the light is whiter than the halogens they replace. Anything 'cooler' would have been too white for me. The ribbing design of the outside made them a bit fiddly to get into the spring holders on the fittings as the ribs kept catching the ends of the clip, but with a bit of patience they fitted securely. Only just installed, so no information on how long they'll last, but so far very happy.

Don't want to overly punish this product and seller... but I had return them because the light was too "cold" in terms of colour temperature. My 3 year old actually said "we have blue lights!". The beam is also extremely narrow. 4 of these went into my halway and it made it look like an enterance to a night club! All dark around with just a super narrow spot light beaming down. The description clearly states these are cool white and 38 degree beam but I was surprised to the extend of both parameters I ended up buying the Philips ones which are warm white and have a 36 degree beam but apparently much much wider than these (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01KI4E5PS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) 5-stars for the seller which took the product back and refunded me without hassle.

I switched from 12v halogens to these using the Lemonbest Wire Connector Socket For Mr16 Mr11 G4 Halogen Led Light Lamp Bulb Holder Base Plug Converter Pack Of 10 and LED Driver Transformer 240V - 12V with Terminal Blocks, 0.5 to 12W / 240v AC to 12v DC-AC / ZERO Interference with Dab and Wifi. All in all in took maybe an hour to convert 5 lights, and it was a simple job. The light is a bright white and there is a slight delay when flicking the switch, but I am very happy with the overall result.

DAB radio cuts out when these are in use despite seller claiming no radio interference. Very disappointed. Complete waste of time.

These were a bit of a gamble as not so cheap and I have bought quite a few really rubbish LED spots. However, these are really smart-looking, quality construction and clean and bright. A perfect substitute for the lamented, old-type banned halogen ones. In fact you can't tell the difference as the focus is sharp and the strong brightness and slightly warm colour is the same. Had them for a couple of months now and they are all working fine. Recommended.

Die GU5.3-Sockel LED-Leuchtmittel ersetzen problemlos eine 50 W Halogen-Leuchtmittel bei nur 7 W Energieverbrauch. Sie sind sehr hell, so wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte und die Farbwiedergabe ist sehr gut. Das Leuchtmittel macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck, das aus Aluminium-Druckguss gefertigte Gehäuse funktioniert gleichzeitig als sehr effektiver Kühlkörper, was der Lebensdauer des Leuchtmittels entgegenkommt. Die LED-Leuchtmittel werden an einer für 50W Halogenlampen gefertigter Deckenleuchte betrieben, es funktioniert wunderbar. Kein Flackern oder Flimmern, keine Geräusche (Brummen oder Surren/Fiepen). Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Austausch, wenn jetzt die Lebensdauer die versprochenen 35.000 Stunden beträgt, brauche ich die nächsten 95 Jahr keinen Leuchtmittel mehr wechseln. Daten siehe Foto, Gewicht 44g, Durchmesser 50mm, Höhe 48mm mit Stifte, 40mm ohne Stifte, dieses Leuchtmittel bitte nicht mit einem Dimmer betreiben. Bis jetzt kann ich die Leuchtmittel wirklich empfehlen

J'ai changé ces leds en remplacement d'ampoules halogènes 20 w (5 pièces) sur fil courant alternatif. Lumière plus intense que mes 20w halogène (ces 7 w doivent correspondre à 35 ou 50w. Je vais peut-être, de ce fait, supprimer une ou 2 lampes.sur les 5. Je n'ai, pour l'instant pas eu besoin de changer le transfo (ces leds sont AC/DC), ce que j'apprécie beaucoup. Aucun clignotement après plusieurs heures d'essai. Si je rencontre des problèmes ces jours je compléterai mon commentaire. J'apprécie aussi les 35000h annoncés de durée de vie (à voir). Ce ne sont pas les moins chères mais elles semblent d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je suis très satisfaite à ce jour.

Il prodotto è arrivato in anticipo ai tempi ottimamente imballato e protetto. I faretti sono di struttura ben più robusti dei prodotti che normalmente si trovano nei grandi negozi di distribuzione e con il prezzo pagato equivalete e con un design veramente accattivante.. Luce calda come quelli che avevo ad incandescenza ma più luminosi e con un consumo di appena 35 W ( 7 W per 5 faretti ) rispetto ai 250 W precedenti. Sembra di stare in un set cinematografico, il commento dei figli, in quanto il getto d luce è più direzionato. Ampiamente soddisfatto. Speriamo mantengano la promessa pure della durata

La entrega fue en la fecha prevista. El producto tal cual se describe en la web, bombillas de aluminio, con una gran apariencia de robustez. Como todos los leds, creo que iluminan menos de lo que te venden; pero yo los he comprado para sustituir halógenos de 35 W (no de 50w) y cumplen bien su cometido. Muy contento de momento. Si duran todo lo que deben habrá sido una compra perfecta.

Ich schreibe selten eine Bewertung, aber dieses Mal habe ich gedacht, dass diese sehr hilfreich für die nächsten Käufer sein kann. Ich habe mehrere LED-Leuchten bei Amazon bestellt. Wir haben zu Hause mehrere Decken mit Halogenleuchten und wollten einfach nur die vorhandenen Halogenleuchten mit LED-s ersetzten, ohne Trafo zu wechseln ( Bj. 2004). Von den von uns bestellten LED-s haben von der Größe nur diese hier gepasst. Die anderen (billigeren) von den anderen Anbietern bei Amazon habe ich wieder zurückgeschickt, da diese entweder zu groß waren, oder geflackert haben. Die LED-s haben exakt die gleiche Größe wie die alten Halogenlampen. Das Licht ist hell und sehr angenehm und die Leuchten haben sehr gute Qualität. Kein Flackern, keine Geräusche, nichts zu beanstanden! Der Preis ist etwas höher, aber dafür funktionieren sie einwandfrei und sind wirklich hochwertig. Wer einen Ersatz für die alten Halogenlampen benötigt, ist hier super bedient! Nur reinstecken und fertig! Ich habe sofort noch 24 Stück bestellt, da wir jetzt nach und nach alle Halogenleuchten zu Hause ersetzen werden. Katharina
