is this a liquid or a paste

Paste and required dilution with no instructions on the product. I had to call the manufacture, it's approximately 5 to 1. Personally, I won't purchase again and will find another product.

It is 8lbs. I got it 8 years ago and I will have enough for 3 more lifes...

I bought an Ammco red lube bottle and applicator. If diluted with water so I can pour in lube bottle, will this paste work as good?

I premixed the lube with hot water and then poured it in the bottle. Since it's designed to be diluted before use, I would not use it undiluted. The diluted solution works very well.
