Dear All, I would like to share my genuine experience regarding a product I purchased from Amazon. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been highly unsatisfactory. I purchased two machines from this company—a Band Sealer Machine and an Automatic Weigh Filler Sealing Machine. Both machines failed to perform properly within a short period (less than two months), which significantly impacted my operations. Additionally, the after-sales service provided by the company has been extremely poor. It appears they do not have a dedicated technical support team to address customer issues effectively. When I attempted to contact the company owner, Mr. Ankit Budhrani, I was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior and lack of support. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, my concerns were not resolved, and communication was eventually discontinued. Due to these issues, my production was halted for approximately 15 days, resulting in operational losses. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly evaluate the company before making any purchase decisions.

I purchased this sealing machine a couple of months ago. The product shipment itself was a wonderful experience for me. I have made the payment and shared the details with them via WhatsApp. In return, they shipped the item and notified me on WhatsApp that the shipment is done. This whole shipment sequence was over just within a couple of hours!. So, in no matter of time this item went into "Transit" status. Isn't this amazing?! The product was delivered in good condition with an excellent package and cling wrap to avoid moisture. Installation was simple. It will only take a couple of hours to do the same by urself. It would be nice to have a helping hand as this product is a bit heavy one. They will guide you with installation via video call if necessary. They will also share videos of the product for installation and for any other support. The team is also available on WhatsApp for guidance and support. The product is Sturdy (SS body) and is working as expected. Overall, this is an excellent product with excellent after-sales support!
