**Q: Does this foot rest massage?**
A: No, the foot rest improves sitting posture to reduce the physical burden of sitting for long periods of time. High quality memory foam footrest makes sitting more comfortable and enjoyable.

**Q: After removing the foot rest from its vacuum packaging how long does it take for the foot rest to fully form as ours is extremely flat?**
A: Mine is also very flat, with no curve at all as shown in the photos.  The foam in mine is not memory foam-just a flat piece of yellowed foam with barely any give to it.  The pictures were definitely nothing like what mine was.  I am completely dissatisfied & plan to return & purchase another brand.

**Q: Will this pillow be used in shoes or barefoot?**
A: Both are fine. The cover is smooth, don't worry about barefoot injury. And removable cover for easy cleaning.

**Q: If I put it over a blanket, will it work well?**
A: Yes. The foot rest can work well on most types of flooring such as ceramic, wood, stone, marble and fur etc.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Light; Could Be Longer

I have long legs and an adjacent apartment with a shared wall. My normal foot rest is a metal plate that rocks on a swivel, which can bang into the wall if I'm not paying attention. I got this to have a foot rest that is comfortable and won't bother my neighbors. It works okay, but the metal plate one is better. What I like about this is that it's fairly sturdy and it does what I want it to, which is support my feet without risking making lots of noise. The cover comes off and goes back on easily and there are no issues with washing, though I've only washed it once (if it falls apart I will update with pics). My two gripes about this are that it could be wider, maybe an additional 5", but I have long legs so this is probably just a 'me' problem, and that it could be heavier. I know it sounds odd, but a foot rest that is overly light feels easy to knock around and I may just be used to the metal one, which weights considerably more than this.
