I take 2 at night and occasionally also take after my midday meal to prevent non acid reflux. I am also on omeprazole but omeprazole does not stop non-acid reflux, only acid. Extremely helpful! Please don’t ever stop selling this! I have severe esophagitis, grade d, and this helps overnight to prevent not just acid reflux but also non-acid- pepsin/ bile reflux! I can tell because I don’t wake up with an achy chest or sore throat. The tablets actually taste good to me. I take 2 at night and occasionally also take after my midday meal to prevent non acid reflux. I am also on omeprazole but omeprazole does not stop non-acid reflux, only acid. Get Gaviscon if you have any kind of reflux!
