This pillow is a great addition to your healthcare plan as it has dramatically reduced my unconscious efforts of buckling my neck when I sleep and it is great if your a side sleeper like I am it has two sides one for back sleepers and one side for side sleepers and will help align your neck with your body so you will wake refreshed and ready to seize the day.

I liked it so much I'm buying a second one! It's perfect and does exactly what it's supposed to. If it were raised higher your head would not be aligned with your spine like it's supposed to be. Your head is not supposed to be raised, it should be straight with your spine. I wake up with no pain unlike I usually do with those terrible thick, high raised pillows. This one is nice and flat like it should be. Very comfy. Maybe if you have a giant head or you sleep weird or have lots of flab that prevents your head from aligning with your spine it won't help.

This pillow has helped me get amazing sleep quality and my neck and back issues are gone after using this pillow for a few weeks. As a side sleeper it is comfortable and helps me keep my back and neck aligned. The quality of the pillow is top notch and I even ordered another one for my wife. I have been sleeping on this Osteo Cervical Pillow for a year and a half now. I have been able to fall asleep much easier and wake up with no neck pain ever since. I originally purchased this pillow because it has a removable memory foam piece in case I had to make an adjustment, and ended up not having to remove any pieces. I like the two different heights available for side, back, and stomach sleeping positions. I am mostly a back sleeper, so using the lower 3.5 inch height size works for me. It cradles my head while keeping my spine aligned. It provides perfect cervical neck support without hyperextending my neck. The firmness is just right. This pillow is odorless and has a nice washable cover that keeps me cool all night. It also fits into my standard-sized pillow case just fine.

Overall I found this pillow to be too firm and not the right shape for my liking despite having a removable insert. While the quality and appearance seem to be first rate, the type of foam used is very bouncy and springy and not the "slow rebound" memory foam I am used to and was expecting. The product photos also indicate the product is ISPA, Certipur-US and OEKA certified but this is not mentioned anywhere on the box or the accompanying product literature that came with the pillow.
