Black Bomber Mature Cheddar Trio, 3 x 200g

If your a cheese lover like me, you will never want to go back to normal cheese after trying this. I like strong, mature cheddar. All the supermarket ones say they are strong, but I find them lacking. This cheese is indeed very strong mature. Every time I have a bite I am silenced by the amazing flavour!! As I say, if you like cheese- you have to try this. It’s got so much of a mature taste it makes your mouth water- literally! I like to have a slice on its own, so not to be taken away from its delicious taste. Seems a crime to pair it with a cracker or a chutney as they would take away some of the cheeses taste. That being said, it is perfect for crackers. It’s a bit pricy to have this as your only cheese. Especially if you using cheese for school sandwiches or something. But it is what it is. I always have some in my fridge. It’s great to cook with as well. It also lasts for ever in the fridge. I’ve tried all of the other flavours and they are lovely. But if you want a plain, strong mature cheese- this is it. But be warned, once you’ve tried this, cathedral city just doesn’t cut it any more lol.

One of the pleasures of Christmas is enjoying some delightful cheeses. The black bomber is a wonderful cheddar that I have bought time and time again. The triple pack allowed me to gift cheeses to friends who later raved about this mature and tasty cheese.

Its mature, smooth and well rounded. It would be sacrilegious to melt it on toast. Enjoy with a quality baguette just out of the Oven, 2-3 minutes. Impressive when you have house guests over. Keep refrigerated. Nice to also be accompanied with Grilled ciabatta bread and chicken liver pate........and a fabulous Red wine. David Grant News at 10

The first time I tried this cheese I knew I was hooked. It's delicious and very moreish. Thankyou to the makers.

Knowing a strong cheddar as I do, I can only class this as a medium. It is a fine cheese with a creamy texture but without the tang of others I have long admired. Reccomended.

The cheese was wonderful we should keep buying British products But unfortunately not many shop sell these wonderful cheeses I managed to get some more from a local Butcher but had to be ordered and took a long time to arrive 😂
