Good customer service
Arrived on time and well packaged. I panicked at the weight! I thought they were going to be too heavy for the suspended ceiling frame. I called the seller who was extremely helpful. If I wanted to return the tiles in person he was prepared to open on a Sunday. But I trusted his advice and I now have a clean and smart new bathroom ceiling.
