Review: Listen to the reviews, wish I did. - I was really looking forward to receiving this Honeywell dishwasher. After purchasing an expensive GE dishwasher two years ago, it only lasted me two years. Honeywell has been around for years, known for great products, and was confident in this purchase. tried to justify many of the negative reviews being based on the 18 inch dishwasher, and I needed the 24 inch dishwasher. Installation was very straightforward, this was remove/replace dishwasher for me. It took me roughly 1 hour to do so. After completion, I give it the old test run. Within minutes after it filling, it immediately started beeping and gave an error 4 code. I turned it off, I removed the bottom panel, and started checking… the water hose, draining hose, underneath the sink, but nothing was wet. I stuck my hand underneath the dishwasher just to doublecheck, and my fingers were wet. I proceeded to shimmy the dishwasher out and sure enough there was a huge puddle of water coming from underneath the dishwasher. I could not believe what I was seeing. Complete disappointment from a Honeywell product. After starting a return, to find out they do not offer a UPS pick up by the third-party company, blows my mind. Now I have to figure out a way to get the dishwasher into my car because I do not have a truck and drive down to a UPS store to return it. This has been more of a hassle than anything. I expected better service coming from desertcart.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there a trick to get this dishwaser to start? I read the user manual and it will not start for me?**
A: Press lightly on the power button until you hear one chirp and then close it and it will start immediately. It makes another chirp when you close the door

**Q: Where can I find installation instructions?**
A: There are no installation instructions. They didn’t come with mine and they are nowhere on line that I could find. You could try to use the installation guide from a similar 18”. It does work well and is super quiet. I wish the cutlery was not in the center because it would be easier to fit more dishes that are larger. Dishes and pans come out spotless on eco setting. I do wipe or lightly rinse and use the the rinse water in my garden not to waste water.

**Q: Does this dishwasher come with the power supply cord?**
A: Yes it does. I chose to upgrade to a heavier gauge power cord supply, but that was probably unnecessary. The other kit items were adequate to make water connections. I really like my unit. It is perfect for my small family.

**Q: Does it have Two washing arms. One for top rack and one for bottom rack???**
A: Yes it does!
