Native Instruments Maschine Studio - Black

Whatever home studio setup you may have, the Maschine 2.0 will instantly become the centrepiece of your studio. There is hardly anything that this piece of hardware can't do - it comes with a massive - & I do mean MASSIVE! sound library, the dual full-colour displays are fantastic quality & very detailed. Once hooked up to your PC or Mac, the hardware is so intuitive, there is hardly any need to even look at the computer screen - as everything is displayed on the controller hardware. Maschine Studio 2 is a HUGE improvement on the original, & in my opinion, that was absolutely brilliant. My advice is short & sweet: if you are serious about your music making & you want an all round brilliant piece of kit for your studio, then buy this - worth EVERY PENNY!!

MASCHINE MIKRO、MK2から乗り換え。MK2で不便なところを改善したまさに正統進化の上位版。BROWSEが使いやすい。MK2では液晶の反応も悪くノブも硬いのでPCで音源を探す方が圧倒的に楽だが、STUDIOはジョグホイールの操作性がよく、液晶が鮮明かつ応答速度が速くなりストレスなく探すことができる。ボタンが増え、SHIFTの同時押しによる操作が減ったので全体的に操作が簡単になっている。ボリュームのノブが追加されたことで、マスター、グループ、サウンドの音量をそれぞれ瞬時に操作できる。レベルメーターが付いたのも良い。難点は本体が大きいことと、純正スタンドが無いこと。設置場所を確保できるならMK2よりSTUDIOを選ぶべき。

I'm mostly into Rock/alternative type music and this is probably more focused on Electronic stuff, but I wanted something that could be helpful in arranging songs, fun to play with, help me be creative as well as perform multiple other functions like controlling my DAW. There was a little bit of a learning curve coming from the Studio One DAW but I can't say enough about how great this unit is!! Once I'm a little more familiar with this I think it will help me to get the sounds in my head into real world sounds.I can see there will be some small challenges in seamlessly/dynamically having my Maschine arrangements populate into Studio One tracks that allows for maximum flexibility (when combining with more traditionally recorded tracks in the DAW). It will work fine as it is since it's quite easy to export from Maschine into the DAW but isn't quite as flexible as working in the native maschine environment exclusively.At first I wasn't sure if the colour graphic displays were acutally worth it or not (compared to the smaller model) but I'm finding that it really helps me arrange without ever even looking at the laptop environment.
