well worth the price!! these grip and lock as it says. I haven't had these slip and don't think that it ever will. these have been great ever time I have used these. the design is great and is made of only high quality materials. these are the easiest to use because of the locking mechanism. they don't weigh much and are easy to use. I have put lots of force through these and they have never disappointed. I have seen them hold lots of weight through both me and others standing on these while testing them. therefore I don't think weight/for capacity is going to be a problem for anyone.

Quality product lasts years, had some for 20 years till I lost them and they were still In great shape after heavy daily use. These are the best water pump pilers you can buy In my opinion. I daily use some cheaper non branded ones ordered through work and although they are solid they are not as good as knipex. So good I had to buy a 2. I have used other branded ones before ie rothenberger which are good but find myself always picking up the knipex for the best grip and staying locked at the size I need for the task Had some issues with the process of buying these. Not the seller or the products fault in anyway, the customer service was fantastic with this company, a phone call away and helped me right away.
