Proabably the same as a Ford #4 cup
Other commentators have legitimately complained that there is no indication in the product information about what type of cup this is. The one I recieved is 50 mm in diameter, has a fluid capacity of 100 cc and a 4mm outlet diameter. The best I can tell, these are the same dimensions as for a Ford #4 cup.

Great buy, will last!
Received 2x in package. Nice thick molded plastic. Will last and not break down. Great buy for that price. Use it when you thin paint to measure viscosity. Worth it.

Allows my husband to make paint consistently perfect for his projects
My husband purchased this to assist him in making paint the right consistency for spraying. He is a beginner and has been very satisfied with this product. He’s becoming very proficient and this little measuring cup has helped immensely. He recommends!

Nozzle smaller than #4 Ford cup spec; simple to at least improve
This product seems perfectly suitable for making comparisons between your own measurements (e.g. to help you achieve consistent viscosity over multiple batches). However, if you want to compare your measurements with standardized measurements from other sources, then beware that the nozzle is a bit smaller than #4 Ford cup specifications. Admittedly, nowhere in the description is Ford cup mentioned at this time. However, there is good reason to believe this item is supposed to be a Ford cup. This product is listed as a replacement for a SG244, which seems to refer to the TCP Global SG-244. The TCP Global website describes the SG-244 as a Ford #4 cup (despite the tapered-side item in their picture looking rather different than a Ford cup). Additionally, the Ford cup dimensions (which I found in a few seemingly authentic ASTM D1200 documents online), are as best I can tell, pretty close to the dimensions of this item, EXCEPT for the nozzle! Unfortunately, the nozzle, presumably the most critical feature, is disconcertingly undersized. Per the ASTM sources, a #3 and #4 Ford cup should have a 5.1mm long cylindrical nozzle with a diameter of 3.40mm (0.134") & 4.12mm (0.162") respectively. Both of mine came with slightly tapered nozzles, approximately 0.158" (4.01mm) diameter at ingress and 0.153" (3.89mm) at egress, with lengths a bit too short as well. Those diameters are 2.5-5.7% undersize, and the cross-sections 5.1-11.0% undersize. I don't know how much this will influence efflux time measurements, but it may be rather non-linear. It's easy to enlarge the holes closer to spec with either a 4.1mm or #20 (0.161") drill bit, but great results are a bit elusive, thanks to the nature of the soft plastic & it's shape. With a freshly machine-sharpened bit, I hand-drilled the hole from ingress, and ended up with a slightly tapered hole, a tad smaller than even my drill bit. However, I did remove material, so the diameter, cross-section and cylinder length at least improved. One might have better results drilling from the egress side using slow feed on a drill press, or using a wicked sharp reamer (costing more than these cups...). Other than the dimension issue, the handle lacks a hanging hook, which may lead to more mess. Also, there is some flashing left in places, which is mainly a cosmetic/cleaning issue (though I would advise trimming any flashing so that the nozzle egress is a sharp 90 degrees; easily done with a sharp box cutter).
