I’m a fan. Used a variety of Leggs seasonings. All are amazing. Do not vary from the amount recommended. More is not better. Its perfectly balanced flavor is for the weight recommended. When making smaller batches where I did not need an entire packages I made sure I weighed out the exact amount needed per lb. I ruined an entire batch of sausage because I thought more would give it more flavor. Nope. Leggs has it all figured.

This pack is ment for up to 25lbs of meat but i like my flavor a bit stronger so only used 20lbs of meat. First thing is the price, you just cant beat it for that amount of finished product. The heat or spice is a bit stronger because i only used 20lbs and i love it. It's not overpowering but just right. If you want a change from italian sausage or breakfast sausage this one is definitely worth a try. So many flavor profiles thst its hard to describe other than it just tastes freakin amazing.

This brand,and another I purchased are both great produces.Ido not buy breakfast sausage at the store anymore.It says 1 Tbsp per pound of ground pork.It works great,and the sausage gravy and buscuits are insanely delicious.I add a Tbsp. to the milk flour mixture,along with the sausage,and it is perfect.

First try of grinding our own breakfast sausage and chose this brand for our first run. Although we may develop our own blend at some point, this is a very flavorful blend that was perfect for our tastes.Contrary to some reviews, we did not find the blend to be overly salty when using the recommended measurements. In addition, the spice level was what we would consider lower medium and fine for a general breakfast sausage.

This is a wonderful breakfast sausage seasoning mix. It it was everything I was looking for when I decided to make my own breakfast sausage.
