Worked as expected

It works, easy to read display and reports for me the most important data, salt content and pH.

I have calibrated the tester multiple times for Ph, salt, and chlorine. Every time after testing I check against my pool store and my readings are grossly off. It will not read free chlorine at all. Unfortunately, I waited too long to request a return. Disappointing.

Update: Changed to 4 stars for good customer support, fast responses and product warranty. The replacements are working better. Salt water is still off, but not as much, +10%.Not been using it for a while, now Salt water test reports way too high. Pool shop test report showed 3400. This test tool showed 4600-4700 multiple tests on last few days. Ph seems to be ~+2. Not sure on other tests as I am not testing them. Would warranty cover these issues?

While they worked, they were nice to have and I’d have rated them at 4 stars because the salt reader never matched my system read out or tests from the pool store. However, within a year they are both not working at all. The salt tester went 1st. Battery symbol showed empty. I replaced batteries but then it wouldn’t work at all- tried multiple new batteriesl. The ph tester lived about a year longer, but when I attempted to recalibrate according to the instructions, it calibrated in the 7.0 solution to 10, the 4.0 solution calibrated correctly, but then when I put it in the 10 solution the screen had all 0000 and wouldn’t do anything. After that it wouldn’t read correctly in any of the solutions. I restarted the process more than once and it did the same thing each time. Very disappointed that both of these died and are useless in such a short time frame. They have been kept inside when not used.

Very accurate at everything except for chlorine..... it's way off, have recalibrated several times and pH level is nominal....

This is easy to use and works great. I sent the same water I tested to the pool supply, and it was almost spot on the measurements. Do make sure you get the PH where it should be prior to testing the chlorine. In other words, just follow the directions that are enclosed.
