Lovesense app or device is useless.
I bought this product for my partner and he got me a love egg which connects to the same app (lovesense) mine also has a remote and we have had problems with them from the start with the connectivity as when we use them either the app/device doesn't connect at all or it connects to both as well as my controller conecting to his one when his was selected to be app only both devices are from different sellers. Also as the box implies (whisper quiet) it is not its quite loud like a mobile phone vibrating on a table
