Nice computer with good performance and specs. Great Value for money.
I purchased this laptop for £799, 15.6 Inch, i7-8550U processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. I've had for a few weeks now and so far it is a good laptop. The computer came with windows 10 pre installed, So far it works quite well for everyday tasks such as music and video playback. Quite fast for software development and video/audio editing as well. I like the touch pad, which supports up to 4 finger touch, and fully configurable for task switching, volume control, scrolling, etc. I haven't tested battery life thoroughly but i will give few a good few hours (5 to 6 depending on your power settings). The finger print scanner is a nice addition as well, which speeds up login. Speakers are quite decent although I don't use them for anything serious.The only thing I dislike is that the disk size a bit small for today standards. But at this price point it's nothing to complain about since I can expand it with external hard drives.

A super cheap looking laptop with an awful keyboard
I've never spent anything like £700 on a laptop before. I was expecting a good keyboard and for it to not look cheapo. Unfortunately the keyboard was awful and it looked super cheap and nasty. I returned it without switching it on as it was obvious the keyboard was not going to be up to the level of typing I was expecting to do on the laptop. It might be alright if you surf the web and only tap the odd e-mail, but not for writing long documents.

It was a functionally faulty item
Considering the item description : Condition: Used - Very Good - Item is in original packaging, but packaging has damage. Small (less than 1/4" x 1/4") cosmetic imperfection on the front of the item. Accessories may have cosmetic damage''. I was expecting to receive a functionally fine laptop, however, I received a faulty item which making unusual fan noise and getting hot when I started initial set-ups. So, its not a looking forward way for unboxing your laptop. It simply means the Amazon warehouse policy regarding item's description really in need of improvement, for this kind of items it will be more reliable description if also include more details including the possibility of any operational/ functional issues rather than simply including packages issues!
