Good flavor and replacement for dairy.

I use this for my iced coffee because I can't have real half and half to make a breve. It's so rich and creamy and compliments the coffee well when iced or blended. Not as tasty in hot drinks. But smoothies are great too. Especially when I'm having trouble getting my calories for the day.

I have never used this product before and wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered it to make a mousse for Mom's birthday. Normally you take a can of coconut creme, refrigerate for at least 24 hours, turn it upside down and dump all of the liquid clear stuff, add cocoa powder and powder sugar, whip it and you've got mousse. I opened this one and it didn't look right, it was not thick and seemed "off". Then I smelled it and there wasn't a coconut smell, it smelled horrible. So I dipped a spoon in it and tasted it and it tasted exactly how it smelled. Thanks for sending me 6 cans of rancid coconut creme and not allowing me a refund or a return. Jerks.

This is a great value and the ingredients are simple. I use this for baking, for sauces and i even put it in my coffee. The taste is not overwhelming and it is very thick but it mixes well. Highly recommend.

The last time I had coconut cream it was the consistency of whipping cream, only coconut and not dairy. I received my cans today and the coconut cream is delicious and thicker than coconut milk, but it is not like the coconut cream (whip consistency) I had expected. I will happily use this in my coffee, smoothies and baking. Delicious. Was hoping for the whip version, and sadly I cannot remember the last brand I used that was like that. The hunt continues…..
