Pas dingue ce n’est pas de la poudre c’est plutôt un sucre et le goût avec le lait ressemble à un sirop très léger de rose . Vu le prix ça vaut pas le coup

Wonderful ingredient
I've used this to make cherry blossom flavoured cocktails and all my guests love the taste as it's totally unique. There does seem to be a relatively high pectin content which meant that syrups are a bit thicker than desired but that's not really an issue with the product

Excellent quality, beautiful colour
I'd been wanting to make sakura mochi for ages and finally treated myself. This powder is very fragrant and just a half-teaspoon gives a beautiful pink colour to food. Very pleased with it!
