I've been using GiGi products for some time now and this last order was made very difficult for me because I was after the WAX and couldn't find it listed. I finally had to order the "honee" and absoulutely hate it! First of all you need strips to remove the "honee" and that wasn't mentioned or included in the order. Also this product is sticky, messy and took a layer of skin off which left me with bloody patches and a rash on my face. I contacted the seller and haven't yet received a reply. I would still be happy to purchase the microwave WAX but the "honee" should be left to the professionals. One last thing, none of the instructions were written in English. What's that about?

This will rip your skin off in strips.
I was so excited to use this “gentle” wax. It literally says “gently removes unwanted hair” right on the front of the container of the honey wax, and the creme wax says, “for sensitive skin” …the honey wax was extremely difficult to work with, insanely sticky, and ripped a strip of skin clean off on of my fingers.The creme wax was easier to work with, but same story, ripped skin clean off my arm.I followed instructions, it was not too hot, and I have waxed many times before; this has never happened, and I’ve used several types of wax as well. I spread the wax in the same direction as the hair growth, and pulled the wax away in the opposite direction, and was not pulling “up,” either.This wax is dangerous for even regular skin types; my skin is not overly sensitive. This just adhered like glue and took my skin off with it. Not a good product, now having to buy scar gel and wear an ugly bandaid for who knows how long, fingers crossed I don’t get gross scars… terrible experience, 0/10
