Very disappointed. Blind is not as described and does not fit all Velux windows. The instructions are poor and when i contacted the seller to ask for additional instructions or video, i was told to look on YouTube. I have returned the product as it was not as described and i had to pay the return costs. I contacted the seller again but they are not responding to my emails.
