Finally! I've finally found what I've been looking for. This is the best tasting easily mixing powder ever. 12oz skim milk and 2 scoops mixes perfectly in shaker bottle. The extra calories help push me over every day because I don't eat enough. This is way better than whey protein powder. I cant wait to see my gains in 30days. I'll try to update then. Good nutrients, carbs sugar and protein is all you need. They even throw in creatine in the mix which is nice to have.

Seems like a decent product, and taste good. At least the cookies and cream. It mixes well also. Tastes a little sweet seems like it has a lot of sugar but maybe it's naturally occurring. I hope they're not actually adding any. It would be interesting to see an independent lab analysis.

I bought this for my son and he really likes it. It was a great value too. Be warned it comes in an extremely large bag. It almost looked like I had bought him a bag of dog food. Lol

Doesn't taste good compared to other brands with this flavor.It does mix well and does the job.

Used for protein shakes - cookies and cream is a good flavor to use with milk and it combines well in a shaker cup - perfect for getting lots of protein in and tastes good
