Works to numb the pain, and disinfect the wound
I use Dermoplast spray on bee stings, sunburn and minor cuts, and keep a can in both my car and our home medicine cabinet. The benzocaine (20%) numbs the sting or injury and the anti-bacterial ingredient (benzethonium chloride) kills germs that can cause infection. We have a problem with fire ants, hornets and yellow jackets here in North Carolina, and I've whipped out my can of Dermoplast at the baseball field many times when someone got stung. It's still a good idea to take a Benadryl if the site is swelling, and of course go to the ER if you show signs of a serious allergic reaction - trouble breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling tongue, or breaking out in hives.I've also used Dermoplast after getting a little too much sun. It cools and numbs the burn, and lubricates it so the skin doesn't feel so tight. It's also good for skinned knees and heat rash.Dermoplast spray contains the same ingredients as Lanacane Spray, and I like both of them equally.

A necessity for every household-numbs and cleans
A family member told me about this before I had my baby and said I must have this. This is a numbing agent, pain reliever, and antibacterial aid. It is safe to use and can be used for a variety of purposes. I cleared it with the nurses before I had my little one and they gave it super thumbs up and knew all about. I now use it at home for bites, derma-rolling, skin irritations, and more. This is a weapon that should not be left out. I have two bottles on hand and wish I knew about this sooner.

Better have this in your home medical kit.
If you live in Tornado Alley like I do, you put every type of antibacterial product you can find in your medical kit. I decided that a spray can would be more hygienic than a squeeze tube, and I am glad that I bought this and made it part of my home safety plan...

which honestly is the best because i need it for my truck's first aid ...
sooooo, the picture shows 2 cans but what arrived was one can that claims it is both pain reliever and antibacterial. which honestly is the best because i need it for my truck's first aid kit and pain relief/anti bac in one rocks. they may just want to make the listing more clear. i bough this to have for kids at extra curricular activities (soccer plus) because you know the drill "let me see what happened" ..."don't toucht it!!!!!!" this spray on stuff is great for those times.

I used this specifically for healing bedsores on patient's bottom. Worked great for her pain relief as well as preventing infection and speeding up the healing process.
