A much thicker ball than I am used to. Usually Pilates balls are of a thinner material. But otherwise it’s great.

Very disappointed. Very thick material and too small. When you take the pump out the ball it deflates very quickly as it has no valve. This makes it even smaller. No point returning as the postage works out almost same price as ball.

Really easy to inflate using the free hand pump included. Once inflated, it's about the same size as a melon. Provides excellent resistance under your feet for plank exercises. The only negative is that I got sent the wrong instructions (ones for sliders instead), but I went on the website and they were super easy to follow and even included some suggested workouts too! Bonus! Would recommend for houses with lack of storage or those looking to do yoga/pilates on the move... easily fits into your handbag if you fancied doing some yoga at work! Don't worry you also get extra plugs for the ball too to just incase you lose one! Would recommend.

If I pump the ball up when I take pump out to put stopper in it quickly deflates!! Help
