Excellent full-bodied chili powder. Taste like New Mexico. I would characterize this as a mild heat level color is great and I use this combined with hotter chili powder to make carne adovada. FWIW, I travel regularly to New Mexico and Santa Fe, especially and feel that this is a very good quality, red chili pepper powder.

Came well packaged with no spills. This powder is mild to medium heat, which is fine because you can add more heat if desired. Good flavor and suitable for Mexican food cooking. I would recommend to people to buy. The price is good too.
