Posting a review after six months from purchase. I am using this switch to control my portico light remotely and it works well till last month. So I have to work with the customer care to get a replacement. Qubo has to improve in their customer support as I have to continuously followup with them to get a replacement. Today I have received a replacement item. Good thing is that I never have to visit their service center and everything they did it via online. Reducing one star for the delay in getting response from the customer support

Perfect IoT device for device control

Please be aware, the product quality is very very poor. Wifi range is very limited. Frequent disconnection from day 1. You have to reset it every 2 days once. After 25 days the device is now complete dead. The customer care team have approved my replacement. But it's more than 40 days I am awaiting the product. Worst brand. Don't get cheated

Product work properly but warranty card not given to me in the box

The packaging and delivery was good but the product is not upto the mark I am using this for my geyser but when I power this on and set timer and the power cuts off and comes back again the timer won't do anything the last on state will be on permently it's very dangerous to use for geyser kind of things and it's not a big this to give a setting that makes the state of relay off when power comes on ...
