Has anyone put frozen vegtables straight from the freezer into the steam bags and then used? If so, how did they turn out?

I've never tried to poach eggs using one of these bags. To be honest, I am fairly certain that you can't do it. The egg yolk would probably explode!!

How long do you steam veg for?

I like my veg with a bit of crunch so I give mine 3 minutes on high. It is better to try less time first until you get them just the way you like your veg. I give potatoes 4 -5 minutes. It depends on the potatoes, how small you cut them and the power of your microwave.

Cud u place meat inside these with a season sauce and steam in a steamer

Yes I always cook my chicken in the bag in the microwave, the chicken doesn't lose any size and cuts like butter and don't fall apart
