The convenience of these steam bags are just fab! They save on dishes and on wasted energy and water bills. You simply wash chop peel and seal and chuck in the microwave. Even great for frozen veg too. They save alot of time and with having two small children its always helpful to have a quick option. It seals in the nutrients and flavour that would otherwise be lost in a watery stew on the hob. A great find and a gem of a spend.

These are great. You just pop whatever veg etc into the bag & seal it. Put in the microwave for whatever time is recommended and you have nice veg, no need to use pans on the hob & saves washing up. I do however, often forget to use them, as I keep them in a drawer under the hob, so I need to stick a notelet above going forward lol, but that's just me.
