89702 Front Stainless Brake Lines 26" Compatible with 1987-06 Jeep TJ/YJ/XJ (2pcs)

I installed a full set of these on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 2D running 35s and a 2.5" lift. They came with no instructions but I found some online resources. The installation took a first timer like me about 2-3 hours including bleeding all 4 corners. I decided to remove the tires to make the bracket and overall installation easier. The new SS lines appear to be of good quality and have a coating on them for added durability. They measured 5 Inches longer than stock. Happy with the purchase.

Fit perfectly. Not sure if they would be long enough for a 4 inch lift but they look like they would. My Rubicon Express 2.5 inch lift actually lifted my 91 Jeep YJ over 4 1/2 inches and these are plenty long. I left the original line mounts in place because I could not get the screws out of the frame. I just drilled new holes next to the originals and used the included bracket to mount them. Worked great.

30 yr factory rubber hose colapsed inside. These are a great replacement and with a small lift worked perfectly.

The front 2 were good. Fit well and length was good for my 4 inches of lift. Unfortunately the front and rear in this set were identical. I didn't use the rear ones so it was a waste of money. Now I have to buy shorter ones for the rear. They don't leak and seem like they will hold up ok, just suvks that they packaged 4 front hoses.

Bought these for spares to take on the Rubicon and other trails. They look solid. Hopefully I won't need them.

Had to cut notches to fit my 05 lj calipers. Easy fix but just keep in mind they might not fit with out mods

Did a 5 in. lift on my Jeep YJ and had extend brake lines to the wheels FOR SURE.Not hard if you pay attention to details.PB blast your line fittings to loosen corrosion, days before and day of change. Use a line wrench (if possible) to prevent stripping of nut. (Made of soft brass)Use the copper crush washers (on 1 end) if needed on your application. DO NOT reuse your old washers!!Had no leaks with these lines once installed.

92 XJ 4.5” lift works well fits great.
