This thing is great for quiet environment great noise cancellation but you can’t hear anything! The people you’re talking to can’t hear any back ground noise but I can’t hear anything they are saying cause it’s got no volume and lets the background noise around the ear piece. Also has some connection issues. Not a good buy in my book.

After trying several over ear earpieces, I didn't have much hope for this one especially considering how bulky the over ear piece looks. It took a minute to find a comfortable way to wear my eye glasses over that piece. I'm also not a fan of anything in my ear. As well, usually the ones that go over the ear & in the ear do not fit me well but this one surprised me. As a woman with several challenges to this earpiece (a lot of hair, wearing eyeglasses, overall size vs placesment of the earpiece), this one overcame all of the challenges! I even forgot I was wearing it. It is lightweight and I don't notice it in my ear. It also doesn't fall off which I thought would happen given the size of it. The sound quality is good and loud enough for me to hear the caller. My only small comlaint would be that when I asked my caller if they could hear any background noises on my end, they could hear the noises very clearly. So I would say noise canceling can use some improvement. A few things about the buttons... there are only 4... Answer/hangup, volume up, volume down and I love the placement of the mute button which makes a low audible noise in the earpiece to let you know you've muted/unmuted the call-Kudos on that feature! Happy to have finally found a new over ear earpiece I can live with. Suggestion-link it up to Alexa so she can find it when I misplace it in the house! Then I'll give you 5 stars :)

Good for the price. Fast connection time, no issues with sound quality, excellent for use in work meetings

I’ve been wearing this device for about two weeks. It’s a good quality ear piece. It could use more volume. I’ve been working the bugs out of it since at first it would disconnect for no reason from the phone. Now it gets connected sometimes when I return close to my prone. I really like the size and amount of battery life it has. It last me about 3 days without charging and I do use it a lot. I would recommend just know it does take time to get used to it.

I drive a truck, so I wear a headset as much as 16 hours a day. I've been a user of another "Legendary" headset since 2016. I got used to it. I liked it. The battery only lasts part of a day, so I needed at least two. I kept three with me. I've owned a dozen since 2016. But, they're dated and quality is inconsistent recently. So, I decided to try this one. Maybe it could use some minor improvements, or maybe I'm just used to my old headset. The buttons are a bit harder to press, and don't have as many functions. The voice prompts are just above a whisper. The microphone position is very precise ... extremely precise .. persnickety even. But, it's comfortable. It fits exactly like my old ones. The range is at least 50 feet, and it beeps pleasantly when it's disconnected. The battery lasts for days. So, I only need one of these. Until I leave it in my pocket and run it through the washing machine. My old headsets would come out clean, and working fine. I wonder if this one will.

This device does not even come close to other brands. I bought this simply because it was the #1 pick after much testing by Wirecutter (New York Times), who I use all the time and have had great results. The device has connection issues, even when I disabled pairing with it on multiple devices (I had it paired as a BT device for both my phone and my laptop which I thought could be causing the issue). About 30% of the time the device will not connect or stay connecting causing me to have to answer the phone with buttons on the phone, then switch over to the BT device. Another connection it has is with its own IOS App. When I turn the BT device on/off I am reminded to "Install the Parrot App" which I've already done, and which recognizes the BT device, but won't communicate with it. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times now, but nothing. This means I cannot manage the BT device from the app. Battery life is okay and sound quality is okay, but people sound a little 'distant" compared to other BT devices I've used. Lastly, the volume level is pretty bad. In loud environments I can't hear my phone ring when I have the BT device in my ear. And, for some people with talk low, it is difficult to get the volume to a point I can hear them well.

Stopped working after 3 months. Had intermittent auto-shutdowns until it stopped working all together.

Sound is very weak. Not pleased at all. My Poly Voyager 5200 beat it hands down in sound. Noise cancellation seems to be okay. Bought it because my 5200 finally died and thought I would give this a try because it got a lot of good reviews. Pros, long battery life, USB-C connection. Poly sucks because I need an outdated cable for it. They should really upgrade that. Besides that, the 5200 beats it on everything else. Even the On/Off button on the 5200 is better as it's just a switch and not a button you have to hold down. I'll keep this one and if the 5200 ever gets a good upgrade, I'm ditching this one. *****editing to add the below**** It's been awhile now I'm using it. This is a pretty good device. Very close to perfect. I got used to getting the sound exactly right. I can't give it a 5 because of the button push down and hold to turn on or off. It is a fail. Half the time I can't tell if it's on or off until I dial. They need to change this. Besides that it is as good as or better than the 5200 poly in my opinion. The usbc cable and 14 hour battery life is just sweet.
