I used zyn to get off from tobacco. I’ve had issues completely cutting out nicotine since I usually just white knuckle it. This time around I wanted to try a non nicotine/tobacco substitute. I bought these to help the withdrawals from nicotine. Having the oral sensation of a pouch definitely helped. The minty flavor doesn’t last long but after the mint flavor dissipates you’re left with a subtle sweetness that lasts for over an hour. The ouches definitely last a lot longer than I was expecting them too. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the pouches are huge for the amount of powder in them. It makes them slightly uncomfortable if you don’t pack the lip just right because it feel like you have some loose fabric in your lip. On top of that I don’t notice any calming or focussing effects. Other than an oral fixation and some sweetness there’s nothing more to it and I see it as false advertisement. I’ve gone through 4 or 5 tins so far. Not ordering them again. Decided to try Teaza and Cannadip next. Overall, they do help with the withdrawals which is the most important thing with these. If you want something that will give you more of a sensation then get the ones with caffeine. One of my favorite times to dip was before bed so I wanted something that wouldn’t keep me awake.

To start things off, I'm no stranger to Nootropics. My current stack has been working really well, but I'd seen these on social media and thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately I think I may have had a bad batch. I haven't noticed any difference, if anything energy, and focus has declined a little (from stopping my existing stack to starting these). I'm assuming it was a bad batch because with these ingredients there really shouldn't have been any change. The taste is a big give away too, I noticed some are very mint-y but other pouches have a real strong chemical taste. I really wanted these to work, It would have been so much easier just carrying around this little pot rather than having to take a load of pills each morning but unfortunately not. Obviously this is my personal experience, and I understand that sometimes a bad batch can slip through.

These pouches have helped me stop using Zyn the flavor is good. Every single can I got out of the last log (5 cans) all of the pouches weren’t sealed all the way so depending on how long it was bouncing around in my pocket I would end up with multiple empty pouches and all the powder loose in the can. The log of wintergreen I got wasn’t like that. Decent pouches but you could only get about half a cans worth of full pouches.

The pouches are a little larger than Zyn pouches, so I had to put in my bottom lip. I got the mint flavor since that's what I'm used to. The first 5 minutes of mint flavor is so overwhelming that I had to take it out several times. Just very strong flavor, so be mindful in choosing. As for effects, I didn't notice a difference like I do with nicotine (for ADHD).
