Great puzzle for the basketball lover

Missing piece, but redeemed by company
This was the best Winter project for my 12 year old son! We spent hours working on it, only to discover we were missing one piece. I emailed White Mountain Puzzles, and they offered to send me a new puzzle (free of charge), but explained that the missing piece may not fit. They also said I could make my own piece (they sent instructions) and offered to send me a free puzzle of my choice! I made the piece (very fun to do) and we glued and mounted the finished puzzle in my son’s room. We love it!

Great quality
White Mountain puzzles have superior quality. The pieces are well made and the colors are bright. My family prefers them over other brands.

We have purchased many Holiday themed White Mountain puzzles and just love them that it was time to expand to other popular themed puzzles to do year round. The puzzles pieces are a little bit bigger and it makes a huge difference.

Twice purchased and BOTH missing pieces - Don't waste your time & money!
So disappointing that there were so many pieces missing as we finally finished. We were building this in a room that hadn’t been touched, vacuumed. Definitely didn’t lose 7 pieces. We even had puzzle glue since we were going to hang in my son’s room. Ugh!!!UPDATE: I thought it had to just be a fluke so I purchased another one. It honestly became a joking obsession to scour the brand new pack for these pieces. We could only find 5 of the missing 7! We each literally scoured each piece. What are the odds that two brand new White Mountain puzzles missing the exact same 2 pieces! Definitely not a fluke but a White Mountain issue. The second two pictures show the 2 missing pieces after purchasing the second puzzle.Don't waste your time and money on White Mountain puzzles - there are very good odds that you will be disappointed!
