OMG, you must purchase worth it
A whole year supply absolutely yes it helps my blood sugar I have hyperglycemia and this has helped me so much. Keep my sugar in control. I do not see any side effects. I have not tasted the pill itself. I am not a dodo brain. If it helps with weight loss, I don’t know cause I’m at a very healthy weight. I weigh 136 pounds and I am 5,6’ I am also 39 years old, so it’s great for me. The ingredients are exactly what it says, and I have not seen a difference. I am happy very very happy. I will definitely purchase these again when I am starting to run out but a whole year worth of this product is happy me. Reason why I say it’s a whole year worth it because if you do the research based on the numbers, you only want to take 2 of them not 3, 3 will leave you really wired. Now if that is your goal and you need energy take 3 of them. I am not taking these for weight loss. I am taking these to help balance my hyperglycemia.

Not bad but need to be 500mg
I didn't realize one capsule is only 480mg and not 500mg. This was my error and it resulted in my A1C going all over the place. I wish this company would start making them in 500mg instead. Really messes up the dosage and how a person feels. Not good. Other than that, they are not bad. Just fix the dosage, please. Thanks

These pills help me to feel well (better) each day. If I miss several days, I notice a lag.
I have been taking these supplements for about a year. I really noticed their benefit. While I can't speak in medical terminology, I do know they make me feel better. I ran out once and realized that I felt less vibrant without them. I have had no adverse effects and I think they actually help my blood sugar. I take one three times a day with meals.
