The best rice you can buy
A few years back I bought a take away meal in a health food restaurant - chicken and veg with baked short grain brown rice. The rice was just so good - the grains stayed separate, the flavour was nutty and crunchy. So I went back and asked for the recipe:* short grain brown rice* enough water so it doesn't bake dry* salt to taste* olive oil to coat the baking dish and a bit for flavour* cover and bake for circa 1 hour or until cooked to your liking.This Biona organic brown short grain rice is just perfect to make my favourite rice recipe. Is also great for risottos and lots more. I have just finished my first pack of six and ordered another six

Nice but better cooked for less time than suggested
Very nice rice. For us it seems to cook in about 25 mins though..any longer and it would loose the texture which we love.

This product was expensive and riddled with weevils. I will not order again.

Lovely short grain brown rice
Great as an alternative to white. Delicious with fish, steak, or under stir fry. Soft while still having more flavour than white.
