No guarantee
The machine is broken only after a few months. I called call center. They told me that they can repair it under guarantee if I bring it to Türkiye. I brought it to Türkiye now they say that since I bought it in Netherlands, it’s not under guarantee. They only fix it if I pay, why did I carry the machine to Türkiye? I will find someone here in Netherlands to fix it. Think twice if you buy this brand abroad. I used my old coffee machine another brand for 20 years. This one could be with us only a few months.

Not worth to try
I returned the Arzum Okka OK004 Minio because it was not worth the money. It didn't boil the coffee properly, made it muddy, and took 1 minute to make the worst coffee I've ever tasted.
