Just perfect.
This hot water boiler is just perfect for us. I have no dislikes it gives me what I want when I want. As for the descaling process, that will have to wait awhile and we will deal with it when it's needed.

Excellent buy
It was bought on behalf of our local chapel to use on our monthly gathering. Our old boiler was unsafe and this product has excelled itself in the first time it was used. Best buy

Efficient and Reliable
This 11 litre capacity water boiler is used at a busy village hall. To have continuous filtered hot water when needed is an absolute, especially when filling large tea and coffee pots. The touch options are easy to use and the Eco Timer option means a minimum of only 5 litres can be heated when demand is low and times can be controlled therefore, no unnecessary use of electricity. The one drawback is the cost of the replacement filters, about £34 each - yet to acertain what the filter's lifetime might be....
