If Real Flame madd an electric pot belly stove, I’d buy it now! Some folks state that the stove is difficult to assemble. We took our time and didn’t have any trouble. But it would simplify the process if the pieces were labeled. That’s the only recommendation I can make about assembly.

**Q: Does it require to make a hole in the wall for ventilation? or not?**
A: No ventilation is required for this unit.

**Q: Can you use just the heat without having the flame on?**
A: I never tried that but it seems to be power connected and integrated.

**Q: It’s blinking 88 does it matter how far from the wall it is**
A: No. Mine is pushed up next to the baseboard. It may matter if you want to attach the vent to the wall. Mine is attached.

Absolutely beautiful, very functional and great quality!! It's truly one of the coolest things in our entire home remodel! Thankfully the packaging is very good; despite tremendous damage to the boxes, there was little damage to the pieces. Just a couple little kinks that were easy to push back in place. I bought this beautiful stove for secondary heat in my parlor. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. It’s a beautiful stove, it heats beautifully and it looks perfect in my late 1800’s home.
