Great source of fiber and goes down easily. My poop comes out soft.

I will say these work really well. They will help you move things along very well. BUT... I wouldnt recomend taking them daily after the second week. I moved to every other day and things are still working well. Second i read alot of people saying there bloating and gas were pretty much gone. Well thats not true. Gas got worse but bloating is alot less. Could just be me as well. All in all i like the product. You get alot for what it cost and they do work.

Hi, just an FYI... you can be allergic to this. I've been battling hives for like 3 months now. I discontinued use but it's taking forever to go away.... Just for reference... im allergic to penicillin and this is similar to that rash... it is not bothering my lungs or upper respiratory just skin.
